Structure Design of Platform Wrecker in Top of Flat Wrecker

在对市场现有的普通平板清障车充分调研的基础上,对其结构进行创新设计,在其驾驶室顶部设计出一种结构简单、容易制造的承载式拖车平台,使该类清障车可以实现一车拖三的功能。并应用Hyper Mesh和Optistruct等CAE分析软件对平台结构进行强度、刚度有限元分析及优化设计。

Based on analysis and research of the existing ordinary flat wrecker, innovative design of the flat wrecker structure was elaborated in the paper. The bearing platform wrecker in the top of the wrecker cab which has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing which makes the new type of wrecker can carry three cars by once. And the HyperMesh, Optistruct analysis software of finite element analysis and optimization design of the platform structure strength stiffness was applied.
