卡介菌多糖核酸注射液辅助治疗慢性湿疹60例疗效观察被引量：3

摘要目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性湿疹的临床价值。方法将我院确诊的118例慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(58例),对照组采用口服氯雷他定片、地奈德乳膏混合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏局部外用治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌注。比较两组治疗前后EASI评分、有效率、复发率。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,治疗组治疗中第4、8、12周EASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗结束后第4、8周复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合口服抗组胺药、外用糖皮质激素软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床效果显著,并能降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。
