结节性红斑合併寻常型银屑病1例报道并文献复习

摘要 患者孙某，女，38岁。因双小腿反复出现红斑、皮下结节、疼痛7年，左小腿红斑块、丘疹、鳞屑3年余，2014年6月门诊就诊。患者于7年前无明显诱因双小腿皮肤反复出现蚕豆至甲盖或核桃大小疼痛性结节，皮损以双小腿伸侧为多见。
