青海省防灾减灾决策气象服务浅析

Analysis for Decision Service of Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in Qinghai Province

青海省是一个自然灾害多发的省份,其中气象灾害及其次生灾害在自然灾害中所占比例达85%以上。随着社会和经济的快速发展,气象灾害的影响已深入到社会、经济、城市、农业、牧业等各个方面,造成的经济损失也日益严重。因此,做好防灾减灾决策气象服务意义重大。该文结合近5年青海省防灾减灾决策气象服务典型案例,在总结、分析决策气象服务经验的基础上,对决策气象服务策略进行了探讨和思考,以期为进一步做好防灾减灾决策气象服务提供借鉴与参考,更好地发挥防灾减灾气象服务效益。

Natural disaster occur constantly in Qinghai Province, Meteorological disasters and its secondary disasters accounted for 85% proportion of the total natural disasters. With the rapid development of the society and economy, the influence of meteorological disasters has been deep into the all aspects of the society, economy, urban, agriculture, animal husbandry and so on, economic losses from meteorological disasters are also growing. Therefore, it is significant to do the service of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation. In this paper, based on the typical cases about the service of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation of Qinghai Province in the last five years, discussion and reflection for strategies of meteorological decision service were made by summing up and analyzing experience. It can provide reference for decision service of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation, and play a better benefit for the service of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation.
