一种橘皮精油洗涤液的工艺放大研究 被引量:2

摘要 原先研制的含橘皮精油"绿色"洗涤液工艺单位量为100 m L时的最佳配比为D-柠檬烯15%,AEO-7 14%,AES 8%,乙醇8%,柠檬酸钠2%,KCl 0.25%,余量为蒸馏水。为了研究该洗衣液的工艺放大,本研究以1000 m L为单位配制量,以去污效率为参考指标,通过正交试验获得了其最佳配比为:D-柠檬烯15%,AEO-7 14%,AES 8%,乙醇8%,柠檬酸钠2%,KCl 0.25%,余量为蒸馏水。与100 m L为单位量时的最优配比相同。通过验证试验测定了最优配比下的"绿色"洗涤液对油渍的去污效率为93%,与LB洗衣液的去污比值为1.03;对炭黑污垢的去污效率为61%,与LB洗衣液的去污比值为1.60。本研究中洗涤污布片时采取直接将搅拌棒放入洗涤瓶中电动搅拌,去污效果更佳明显。该洗衣液的p H为7.29,乳化及发泡能力均相当于LB洗衣液。本研究为该洗衣液的工艺放大研究做出了重要的研究基础。 The small-scaled(100 mL) "green" detergent including orange peel essential oil was prepared previously. Its optimum recipe ratio is D-limonene 15 %, AEO-7 14 %, AES 8 %, ethanol 8 %, sodium citrate 2 %, KCl 0.25 %, and the other was distilled water. In this study, in order to study the scale-up process, the larger-scaled(1000 mL) "green" detergent was prepared and its detergency and the other properties were measured. Orthogonal array design experiment was employed to get the optimum recipe ratio for the "green" detergent according to the optimum recipe ratio of the small scaled detergent. The optimum recipe ratio of the larger- scaled detergent is D-limonene 15 %, AEO-7 14 %, AES 8 %, ethanol 8 %, sodium citrate 2 %, KCl 0.25 %, and the other was distilled water. It is same with the recipe of the small–scaled original detergent. Its detersive efficiency is 93 % and 61 % for the oil and carbon black soil, respectively. And the detergency was compared with the commercial LB detergent. The results showed that the detergency of this detergent is more superior to the commercial detergent(detergency ratio was greater than 1). Its pH is 7.29, emulsifying and foaming capacity are almost same as LB detergent.
