摘要
以过氧化氢为引发剂,水为溶剂,马来酸酐和甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,合成阻垢剂马来酸酐-甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物。通过研究单体配比、反应温度、引发剂的用量、水的用量等条件对聚合反应以及阻垢率的影响,结果表明,共聚物产品对碳酸钙的阻垢效果较好,可用作阻垢剂。
In the paper, hydrogen peroxide was used the initiator, water was used solvent, maleic anhydride and methyl acrylamide were used raw materials. scale inhibitor of maleic anhydride-methyl acrylamide copolymer was synthetised, By studying the monomer ratio, reaction temperature, initiator dosage, the dosage of the water and other conditions on the polymerization reaction and the influence of scale inhibition rate. The results showed that the product has good scale inhibition effect of calcium carbonate and can be used as industrial scale inhibitor.
