摘要
文章在大量试验的基础上,研究了在嵌段共聚聚丙烯中引入高抗冲击型聚乙烯TJVL-1210,并以成核剂对刚性加以补充的工艺。在研究成果的基础上,进行了工业化试生产,将TJVL-1210和EPS30R共混造粒,成功生产出一种同时具有高抗冲击强度及高弯曲模量的聚丙烯产品PPB6202,其抗冲击强度和弯曲模量均明显超过市售超高抗冲击产品的高性能聚丙烯专用料。
Based on a large number of experiments, the paper studies the introduction of high impact resistance polyethylene TJVL-1210 in block copolymer polypropylene, and the process of adding the nucleating agent to the rigid. On the basis of the research results, the industrial trial production, the TJVL-1210 and EPS30 R blending granulation, the production of a high impact strength and high flexural modulus of PPB6202, the impact strength and flexural modulus are significantly more than the market of high performance polypropylene special material.
