摘要
本研究模拟混凝沉淀工艺烧杯试验,通过改变生产用水pH、反应时间、沉淀工艺中Na Cl O投加量、PAC投加量考察对水体中锰残留量的影响。试验结果表明:生产用水pH在7.00-8.00之间、PAC投加量为2.0 mg/L、Na Cl O投加量在9-12 ppm、混凝沉淀反应15 min后,能够明显的减少锰残留量,降低色度。此实验为下一步优化混凝沉淀除锰工艺奠定基础。
The study simulated coagulation sedimentation beaker test, investigated the effect of residual manganese in water by changing the production water pH value, reaction time and sedimentation process in Na Cl O dosage, PAC dosage. The experimental results show that: the production of water supply pH value at 7.00-8.00, PAC dosage of 2.0 mg/L, Na Cl O dosage of 9-12 ppm,coagulation sedimentation reaction after 15 min can significantly reduce the amount of manganese residue and the chroma. The experiment lays the foundation for the next step to optimize the process of coagulation sedimentation in addition to manganese.
