摘要
原子荧光法测定土壤中总汞(GB/T 22105.1-2008)、总砷(GB/T 22105.2-2008)时,在消解步骤不变的前提下,用稀盐酸分别取代汞测定的保存液重铬酸钾和砷测定稀释液纯净水,实现了同时测定土壤总汞和总砷的目的,实验的准确度、精密度以及加标回收率都符合要求,且样品试液可存放5天。
Determination of total mercury in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(GB/T 22105.1-2008), total arsenic(GB/T 22105.2-2008), based on the digestion step unchanged, with dilute hydrochloric acid to replace the preservation liquid potassium dichromate and arsenic mercury determination of pure water dilution, realizes the simultaneous determination of total mercury in soil and the total arsenic, accuracy, precision degree and recovery rate to meet the requirements, and the sample solution can be stored for 5 days.
