研究生是科研工作的主体,是推动国家科技进步的重要力量,是文化传承和知识创新的主力军。培养高素质的研究生队伍是研究生培养工作的关键,随着招生规模的不断扩大,研究生培养质量的提高愈发显得重要。立足于理工科研究生培养的主要场所——实验室,分析了良好实验室氛围对提高研究生培养质量的重要作用,并探讨了构建良好实验室氛围的方法。

As the main participant in scientific research, graduate students are the important strength to the promotion of state scientific and technological progress and the main force of cultural inheritance and knowledge innovation. Cultivation of high quality student is a crucial part of graduate student education and become more and more important after the number of student increasing. Laboratory is the main place for graduate student cultivation; in this paper, the importance of harmonious lab environment to promote the quality of graduate student and how to construct a harmonious environment were discussed.
