合肥市永久性基本农田划定及分析

Planning And Analysis Of Permanent Basic Farmland Of Hefei City

耕地是我国粮食安全和经济安全的保障,而基本农田是耕地中的主要保护对象。本文以合肥市为研究区,依靠地理信息技术为支撑,以合肥市上轮基本农田规划成果为基础,对合肥市永久性基本农田保护区的规划进行研究,最终实现划定的基本农田在满足数量要求的同时在质量、布局都有较高的水平,为其他地区永久性基本的划定提供方法思路和经验。

As we know, farmland is the guarantee of food and economic security, and the prime.land is the main objective of protection. It is of great importance to make scientific reasonable planning and protection of prime land considering the national conditions. Regarding Hefei city as the study area, we probe into the planning of permanent basic farmland conservation based on the fruits of the previous efforts supported by GIS technology. This paper provides not only basic farmlands in quantity, quality and layout, but also new thoughts and experience for other similar jobs.
