Investigation of Status of Volunteering Services in One Specialist Hospital,Shanghai

目的:了解上海市某专科医院志愿服务开展现状,分析工作中存在的不足。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对该院医务人员作问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0对资料进行统计学分析。结果:152个被调查者中,70.39%的医务人员曾参加过志愿服务活动,其中76.64%是通过医院或科室安排,参与热情不高,仅35.51%接受过相关培训;72.37%的医务人员认为医院志愿服务开展存在困难和阻力。结论:建议完善医院志愿服务的组织与管理,加强志愿者岗前培训,合理规划服务项目,建立健全相关法规。

Objective： To learn the volunteering services in one specialist hospital in Shanghai and analyze the deficiency since it started.Methods： The medical staff were investigated with questionnaires through a random sampling method,and SPSS19. 0 was used to analyze the data. Results： Among these 152 participants,70. 39% of them had participated in volunteering services activities,and 76. 64% of the participants were arranged by hospital or its divisions,35. 51% of health staff received relevant training; 72. 37% of medical workers thought that the hospital volunteering service was hard to carry on because of difficulty and pressure. Conclusion： The proposes include that improving organizing and management ability in hospital volunteering services,strengthening the study of volunteer and planning a more reasonable services project,and making a complete regulation.
