探讨深圳市某妇幼医院图书馆建设的发展途径,为切实提高教学医院图书馆服务质量,借鉴其他教学医院图书馆的经验,用"精、细、准、严"的精细化管理模式对图书馆进行建设。该院结合图书馆自身的资源和医务人员的需求,开展多种方式的信息服务,从服务范畴模式、内涵和服务意识上不断实现创新。精细化管理图书馆服务是关键,充足的购书经费是图书馆服务建设的基础,应掌握医务人员的主流需求,不断加强个性化信息服务,为妇幼医院教学发展提供文献支持。

To discuss development strategy of teaching hospital library in a maternal and child hospital of Shenzhen,delicacy management including ＂ fine,accurate,careful and strict manner＂ is proposed to improve the quality of library services effectively,after studying the practices of teaching hospital libraries. Based on hospital library＇s own resources and the needs of medical staffs,innovation should be continued on services range,concept and consciousness,for obtaining medical staff＇s comments. Delicacy management is the key resources to library services. Plenty of books funding is the foundation to carry out the library services. With grasping the main stream of medical staff needs,personalized information service should also be strengthened to provide literature support for teaching hospital development.
