台州市某医院分离转换性障碍患者述情障碍影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Alexithymia in Patients with Separation and Conversion Disorder in a Hospital in Taizhou

目的:分析台州市某医院分离转换性障碍患者述情障碍的影响因素。方法:采用多伦多述情障碍量表对226例分离转换性障碍患者进行问卷调查,采用单因素分析和Logistic多元回归分析法探讨分离转换性障碍患者述情障碍的影响因素。结果:分离转换性障碍患者述情障碍发生率为40.71%,述情障碍总分为(63.53±13.04)分。述情障碍组和非述情障碍组年龄、性格、人格特质、抑郁、焦虑比例比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析显示,人格特质、性格、抑郁和焦虑为分离转换性障碍患者述情障碍的独立危险因素。结论:述情障碍在分离转换性障碍患者中常见,受人格特质、性格、抑郁和焦虑等因素影响,医护人员可将这些影响因素作为为突破口进行临床干预。

Objective： To explore the influencing factors of alexithymia in patients with separation and conversion disorder. Methods： About226 patients with separation and conversion disorder were asked to fill the Toronto Alexithymia Scale. The single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the factors of alexithymia in patients with separation and conversion disorder. Results： The incidence of alexithymia was 40. 71%. The total score of alexithymia was（ 63. 53 ± 13. 04）. There is significant difference in age,character,personality,depression,anxiety in the alexithymia group and the non- alexithymia group（ P〈0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that the personality,character,depression,anxiety were the independent risk factors of alexithymia in patients with separation and conversion disorder（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The alexithymia was very common in patients with separation and conversion disorder,and it was influenced by many factors. The medical staff could start from the factors to improve the condition of alexithymia.
