医疗机构传染病报告信息化建设现状调查

Information Management Status of Infectious Diseases Report in Medical Institutions

目的:了解湖北省医疗机构传染病报告信息化管理现状,探寻全面推动医疗机构传染病报告信息化管理的方法和对策。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,调查湖北省网络直报各级医疗机构。结果:20.8%的医疗机构建立了信息管理系统,其中仅10.3%设置了传染病信息报告模块,并且绝大多数医疗机构传染病信息管理系统建设不规范,不能有效管理传染病相关信息。结论:医疗机构普遍不重视或不清楚如何开展传染病信息化管理,急需制定规范性文件,指导医疗机构开展传染病报告信息化建设。

Objective： To explore the methods and countermeasures that can comprehensively promote the information management of infectious disease report in medical institutions through grasping the related information management status in Hubei Province. Methods： The questionnaires were used to survey the web- based notifiable infectious disease reporting system in medical institutions at all levels. Results： About20. 8% of the medical institutions established information management system,in which only 10. 3% installed infectious diseases information reporting module and the vast majority of medical institutions infectious disease information management system was not standardized that can＇t effectively manage infectious disease- related information. Conclusions： The medical institutions generally do not pay attention to or do not know how to conduct infectious disease information management. We should develop normative documents to guide medical institutions infectious disease report information construction.
