成都市环境空气治理效应评价——基于有序样本聚类与分类检验模型

Evaluation of Chengdu Environment Air Management Effect:Based on the Clustering and Classification Analysis on Ordinal Samples

随着环境空气污染问题的加剧,政府对环境空气的治理手段逐渐加强。通过构造F统计量对有序样本分类,立足分类检验法对空气质量影响因子含量变化进行显著性分析,进而对政府治理环境的效应进行评价。利用成都市2013年12月至2015年3月空气指数相关数据及成都市在近年采取的环境治理手段历史资料,对成都市环境治理效应评价,结果表明成都市在SO2、PM2.5、PM10、CO、NO2的治理方面有明显的改善,但是O3的治理存在很大不足。

As the aggravation of environmental air pollution,the government has gradually strengthened its governing measures on ambient air.This article classified the ordinal samples by structuring F-statistics,and conducted significance analysis on content changes of air quality influencing factors with the adoption of classification test,thus put forward the evaluation of governmental management effect on environment.With relative data of air quality index during Dec.,2013 to Mar.,2015 in Chengdu City of Sichuan Province and materials of the city＇s environmental governing measures carried out in recent years,this article made an evaluation on environmental management effect of Chengdu government,and found out the government made significant improvements in controlling SO2,PM2.5,PM10,CO,NO2,but still had deficiencies in the governance of O3.
