摘要 现代汽车发展对乘坐的舒适性要求越来越高,汽车整车既要考虑安全性,又要控制整车振动、噪声对乘坐的舒适性,这些都是非常重要的。内燃机的平衡性能不好必然引起车辆的振动,驾驶员和乘客就容易疲劳,影响行车安全和舒适性,因此提高发动机运转的平衡性及安全性非常重要。三缸内燃机相对其它多缸机,其动平衡更加复杂,要平衡三缸内燃机方法较多,但是三缸内燃机平衡既要考虑在结构上不过于复杂,又能满足平衡性要求就具有十分重要的意义。 Development of modern automobile ride comfort demand is higher and higher,the vehicle should not only consider security,but also control its vibration and noise of ride comfort,which are very important.Bad performance in balance of internal combustion engine will necessarily cause the vibration of the vehicle,and it is easy for driver and passenger to be fatigue,which will influence the driving safety and comfort.Therefore,to improve the balance of engine operation and safety is very important.Relative to other multicylinder internal combustion engine,three-cylinder engine's dynamic balance is more complex,its balance methods are much more,but the three cylinder engine balance should not only consider complicated in the structure,and also can satisfy the requirement of balance,which is of great significance.
