摘要
近些年,随着汽车保有量的逐渐增多,排放法规日益加严,排气系统催化器应用已经完全普及。但催化器对工作环境要求苛刻,容易发生失效。我们对某轻型车排气系统失效进行了故障诊断,找到了失效原因:节气门、进气歧管一起共振引起节气门失效,进而导致催化器失效,并对节气门方案进行了优化。
Recent years,motivated by increasingly stringent emissions regulations,TWC have been widespread used as the only technically and economically feasible means for meeting current emissions limits.But the work condition of the automobile catalyst is unfavorable,so many failures of the catalyst are found during the automobile running period.The catalyst of a light-duty gasoline vehicle have a failure.Failure diagnosis have to be done to deal with it.The reason is beyond all expectations,the resonance between the throttle and inlet-gas manifold leads to the failure of the throttle,then results in the failure of the catalyst.
