摘要 针对国家石化工业结构调整及油品质量升级规划要求,设计了一种国Ⅳ汽油生产在线先进控制系统。系统采用在线质量检测分析、品质优化、质量预估、PID控制和比例调合技术,对国Ⅳ汽油生产进行了品质优化控制,并实际应用于中国石化某分公司炼化一体化项目。应用结果表明,该系统在国Ⅳ汽油生产中实现了对油品性能卡边控制,改善了油品质量,产品一次合格率100%,产品质量过剩最小化,降低了生产成本,增加了经济效益。 In accordance with the requirements of national petrochemical industrial restructuring and oil quality upgrade planning,the advanced control system for state IV gasoline production has been designed. Various technologies are used in the system,such as online quality detection analysis,quality optimization,quality predicted,PID control and proportional blending,thus optimized quality control of state IV gasoline production is conducted. The system is applied in certain subsidiary of SINOPEC,the results of application show that the system implements gasoline performance control,improves gasoline quality,meets 100% a passing rate,minimizes excess product quality,and reduces production costs as well as increases the economical benefits.
