摘要
作者设计与实现了一款C波段的微波固态大功率脉冲功率放大器,在其所需频段内饱和输出功率大于140 W,发射链路增益高达51 d B。并介绍了该功放的主要技术指标、特点以及原理框图。研究了该功放的稳定性问题,使用ADS仿真软件对链路的稳定因子与源-负载稳定圆进行了分析。探讨了使用90°分支线的正交功率合成的方法。经实际使用表明,该功放功率大、体积小且可靠性高。
A C-band microwave state high-power pulse power amplifier is designed and realized. The saturated output power is more than 140 W and the gain of transmitting link reaches 51 d B in the required band. This paper introduces the main technical index,features,schematic diagram of the power amplifier. And the stability of the power amplifier is studied. The software ADS is used to analyze stability factor and source-load stability circle. The method of orthogonal power combination is also discussed. It indicates by practice that the amplifier is gained high power,small size and high reliability.
