摘要
目前团队管理中存在着一些共同问题,比如学科交叉方面有一定难度、团队人员存在拼凑现象、有效管理体制尚未完善、考核制度缺乏公正、忽视团队文化等不合理现象,跨学科、跨部门的科技创新团队更是难以形成。高校科技创新团队建设是高新技术产业发展的必然需要,它可以进行跨学科、跨行业重大项目的关键技术创新和集成创新。针对这些情况,现从调整高校科技创新团队的管理制度、人才结构、激励机制、文化氛围、考核体系等方面进行探讨,希望能有效提高科技创新团队的管理水平,从而在创新研究和开发上发挥更大效率。
In present team management,there are some common problems such as difficulty in interdisciplinary communication,patchwork team members,ineffective management system,unjust evaluation system and overlooked team culture,etc. These shortcomings pullback to form interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral scientific and technological innovation teams. The construction of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities is essential to the development of high-tech industries,as it can bring innovation not only in interdisciplinary and multiindustry key technologies for major projects,but also in integration. Based on these problems,the paper gives discussion on management system,talent structure,incentive mechanism,cultural atmosphere and evaluation system,which are all related to the adjustment of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities. Then it can give hopes to improve the managerial level of the teams effectively,and make the innovative research and development more efficient.
