摘要 实验室文化是实验室个性化的根本体现,是实验室发展的灵魂。强化实验室文化建设,树立品牌意识对于促进实验室发展和提升其在国内外的学术地位、社会影响具有重要的意义。文章结合工作实践,从以下四个方面进行探索:秉承科学严谨、实事求是的科研精神是树立品牌意识的根本;发扬实验室"传帮带"的传统是树立品牌意识的途径;完善实验室管理制度是树立品牌意识的保障;营造以人为本、自主发展的环境是树立品牌意识的关键。 The laboratory culture construction is not only fundamental expression of laboratory personality but also the soul of the development of laboratory. It is of great importance to strengthen culture construction and to establish brand awareness in the laboratory to promote its development, elevate its academic status at home and abroad, and expand its social influence. In combination with actual experiences, this paper mainly discusses the following four aspects. To adhere to the scientific spirit of preciseness and seeking truth from facts is the foundation for brand awareness establishment. To carry forward the tradition of " ChuanBangDai" is the way to build brand awareness. To improve management system is the guarantee of establishing brand awareness. To provide the people-oriented and autonomous development atmosphere is the key to build brand awareness.
