摘要
联合实验室的建设是提高我国大学科研实验室建设的一条重要的途径。暨南大学-香港大学脑功能与健康联合实验室应《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010~2020年）》的战略要求,以探索脑活动的基本规律及带有普遍意义的机制为共同目标,通过资源共享、优势互补,充分利用双方的技术、设备、人才和课题等条件,相互借鉴对方的管理经验,改革实验室原有管理上存在的问题,从而实现双方实验室的共赢提升。以暨南大学-香港大学脑功能与健康联合实验室为例,通过深入阐述联合实验室的运行机制、建设经验、实施意义以及建设成效,旨在为今后联合实验室的发展提供一定的理论和实践依据。
The construction of united laboratory is a very important method to improve Chinese research laboratories.The united laboratory of brain function and health between Jinan University-and University of Hong Kong has been built under the requirement of（ National Educational Reform and Development Plan（ 2010-2020））,and explores the basic laws of brain activity and mechanism of universal significance. The two universities not only share resources,complementary advantages,and make full use of techniques,equipment,people resource and subject conditions,but also learn from each other,and exchange the laboratory management experience. These measures achieve a win-win promotion between laboratories in both universities. The article takes the united laboratory as an example,states and analyzes operation mechanism,construction experience,the significance of implementing and effect of construction. It can provide some theoretical and practical basis for the future development of the united laboratories.
