精品课程网络资源建设与共享推动对策探讨

Discussion on Promoting Countermeasure in Building and Sharing Curriculum Resources of High Quality

针对精品课程网络资源开发和共享中存在的知识产权保护困难、局限于传统服务对象、建设主体主动性缺失、系统化管理不足等问题,从加强顶层规划、精品引领和示范,多角度促进知识产权保护,构建全社会参与的激励机制,推动网络资源辅学教学模式改革以及开发使用课程网络资源自动化管理平台等方面,提出了若干建设对策.

Aiming at those difficulties,such as intellectual property protection,limitations of traditional service object,lack of initiative excitation mechanism or insufficient systematic management while building and sharing curriculum resources in colleges and universities,paper puts forward to constructing promoting Mechanisms,which are as follows： strengthening top planning,providing leading and demonstration,strengthening protection of intellectual property rights,carrying out reforms in teaching model adapting for net resource and developing automation management soft.
