摘要
为了探寻初中篮球教学中更加合适的教学方法,本文基于动作科学、发展科学基础,采用动作发展山峰教学模式与传统单元教学模式进行试验比较.选取初级中学健康实验个体为实验对象,按照当前新课标下的体育与健康初中阶段教科书设置教学进度进行实验对照.得出动作发展山峰教学模式优于传统单元教学模式,即,教学效果中个体独立运动技能和比赛中运动技能的部分项目明显高于传统单元教学组.其主要原因体现在教学内容设置的范围、序列、平衡的设置区别,以及该阶段个体赋使特征的区别.建议在今后体育师资培训中增设动作科学、发展科学的相关学科知识体系,以及采用动作发展模式进行尝试性教学.
For exploring the better teaching pattern in basketball during in middle school,based on the motor,and development science with the subjects of middle school for the comparing experiments between the motor development mountain teaching and traditional unit teaching,and the teaching contents were chosen from the textbook of physical and education. Found that better teaching effects from motor development mountain teaching. Such as,the effects of individual skills and comparing skills were better than traditional unit teaching group. The reasons showed that the difference of the scope,sequence,balance of teaching contents,and the individual characters during 13 years old. There were some suggestions for teacher education in the future,and some new teaching methods,such as,adding some contents of motor development science,and development science in training physical education teachers.
