The Methodology of Reform in the New Normal Period

改革开放以来,中国经济经历了三十余年的高速发展。经济在发展的同时,各种内、外矛盾逐渐显现,中国和世界经济发展呈现新常态。在新的发展阶段,中国改革只有坚持正确的方法论,才能实现发展的新突破。这些方法包括:既要摸着石头过河,也要顶层设计;既要增长效率,更要促进公平;既要市场配置,也要政府调控;既要改革发展,也要稳定;既要经济发展,也要全面统筹;既要整体推进,也要重点突破等等。

Since China＆#39;s reform and opening up, China＆#39;s economy has experienced 30 years of rapid development. Along with rapid economic developing, various social conflicts constantly appeared, China and world＆#39;s Economy entered the New Normal period. At the new stage of development, China needs new kinds of methods to achieve a new breakthrough. These methods include： we both need the method of ＆quot;crossing the river by feeling for the stones.＆quot; and the method of top-level de-sign, we both need the efficiency of economic growth and the justice of social, we both need the market allocation and the regulation of the government. We need reform, development and we also need stability, we need the development of economy and we need co-ordinate of economy with other factors. We both need the whole advancement and the key break-through of development.
