改良路向下的自由秩序在中国实施的困扰——以《新民丛报》为考察对象

Obsession of Free Orders under the Direction of Reformists in China——Taking Miscellany for New Citizens as Object of Study

由于西方各国风土人情、生活习俗等不同,导致自由主义在不同国家有不同的理路,这使《新民丛报》学人在学习时显得有些手忙脚乱,因为他们必须从繁杂的自由主义中梳理出一条适合自己的道路。《新民丛报》学人虽然努力从思想文化上着手,试图从根本上改变中国国民的世界观和价值体系,但是效果甚微,因而也就不能建立起像西方发达国家那样的自由秩序。

The western countries had various conditions and social customs, so freedom had the different roads in the dif-ferent countries. When writers of Miscellany for New Citizens learned the western freedom, they were dazed, because they had to find a suitable road from the complicated freedom. Although writers of Miscellany for New Citizens strived to solve problem through thought and culture, and tried to change the Weltanschauung and the value system of Chinese people, but did not obtain very big achievement, and did not establish free order of the western developed countries＆#39; styles.
