广南不同种类不同方法铁皮石斛浸出物的含量比较

采用冷浸法和热浸法,检测广南紫杆和黄杆两种铁皮石斛的浸出物含量。研究结果表明,在紫杆铁皮石斛中热法浸出物最高9.5%,最低8.4%,平均浸出物为8.8%,冷浸法平均浸出物含量仅为4.4%;在黄杆铁皮石斛中热法浸出物最高为7.7%,最低6.2%,平均浸出物6.9%,而冷浸法平均浸出物含量仅为3.4%,由此可见,广南紫杆铁皮石斛成分含量高于黄杆铁皮石斛,与冷法浸出物含量相比,热法浸出物含量较高。
