非梗阻性无精子症患者的外科取精方法应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 无精子症可分为梗阻性无精子症和非梗阻性无精子症,后者所占比例较高。对非梗阻性无精子症的治疗不单纯依赖于供精,通过外科取精技术获得精子也越来越多的应用于临床。常用的外科取精方法有常规睾丸切开活检取精术、睾丸穿刺抽吸取精术、单一曲细精管活检术、显微切开睾丸取精术。近期对外科取精方法的研究主要集中于取精前对睾丸曲细精管生精功能的评价,评价技术有双光子激光扫描显微镜、多光子显微镜、微型硅超声探针技术。与外科取精获精率相关的因素主要有Y染色体微缺失、睾丸病理类型。外科取精前对睾丸曲细精管生精功能作出评价有利于取精的成功。
