摘要
以柽柳为试验材料,采用其茎段、叶片进行组织培养,研究不同激素配比对柽柳初代培养和增殖培养的影响,并探讨柽柳炼苗和移栽的方法。结果表明,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L是不定芽分化和增殖的最佳培养基配比;1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L是生根的最佳培养基配比。
This paper took Tamarix chinensis as experimental materials, using tamarisk stem segment and leaf tissue culture, studied the effects of different hormone combinations of primary culture and proliferation culture, and explored the method of Tamarix chinensis hardening and transplanting. The results showed that the optimal medium composition of adventitious buds differentiation and proliferation was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L; 1/2 MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best rooting culture medium composition.
