摘要
通过6种温度处理大白菜雄性不育系材料,研究大白菜胞质型雄性不育系败蕾的情况。结果表明,大白菜胞质型雄性不育系及其保持系在植物学性状上基本一致,然而在低温处理下出现败蕾的数量差异大。通过对比二者的可溶性糖含量变化发现,败蕾的出现与花蕾形成过程中植物可溶性糖含量变化有关。
Chinese cabbage cytoplasmic male sterle lines were treated by 6 kinds of temperature which studied the aborted buds of Chinese cabbage cytoplasmic male sterile line. The results showed that the Chinese cabbage cytoplasmic male sterile line in botany characters accorded with its maintainer line, but under the lower temperature treatment number of aborted buds were different. Difference of soluble suger content between the two lines confirmed that the emergence of aborted buds was relative to plant nutrition in the process of the flower bud formation.
