摘要
为分析鲢鱼对藻类的分门类选择消化吸收情况,以晋阳湖水喂养鲢鱼,测定其肠道各部位藻类的残留量,并对鲢鱼粪便进行收集和再培养,观察经鲢鱼消化后各藻类细胞破损程度和再恢复生长能力。结果表明,鲢鱼能够主动选择浮游植物作为食物,对绿藻门和硅藻门的消化较蓝藻门容易;鲢鱼能够完全消化吸收尖针杆藻(Synedra acusvar)、四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)以及小型月牙藻(Selenastrum minutum(Nag).Coll),对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)等虽然不能完全消化,但能够不同程度地破坏其细胞结构。表明鲢鱼可以通过滤食富营养化水体中的藻类而改变水体藻类组成。
To analyze the digestive efficiency of silver carp between different alage, with the water of Jinyang lake to feed silver carp, the paper measured residual algae of the intestine, collected and incubated feces of silver carp, observed the degree of cell damage and the ability of recovery. The results showed that silver carp could actively choose phytoplankton as food, and easily digested Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta, but harder to digest Cyanophyta; silver carp could fully digest and absorb Synedra acusyar, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Selenastrttm Minutum(Nag).CoU; Microcystis aeruginosa could not be fully digested, but the cell structure could be damaged on different degrees. The research illustratels that silver can change the algae composition by filtering algae from eutrophic water.
