摘要 通过对山西省和河北省20多个市县的蔬菜生产种植地进行调查以及对百余个蔬菜集散地和蔬菜批发地明察暗访,蔬菜在采摘后的储藏和运输环节中,基本不存在利用化学品进行蔬菜保鲜的情况;实地查看,也未见利用化学品进行蔬菜保鲜的迹象。通过大量的温室、露地蔬菜生产用药调查,蔬菜生产中存在频繁用药和盲目用药现象。根据多年的试验研究及实地调查分析,蔬菜质量安全关键在生产过程的管控,尤其是化学农药的管控上。其主要措施为:蔬菜生产中,大力扶持和推广使用生物农药;合理应用化学农药;推行菜种搭配并定期轮作制度等农业措施。 An investigation of the use of chemical vegetable preservatives was conducted in vegetable planting bases, vegetable collecting- distributing centers and wholesale vegetable markets in more than 20 cities and counties in Shanxi and Hebei province. The results showed that there was little use of chemical vegetable preservatives during the process of storage and transport after the picking of vegetable, and there was little sign of chemical vegetable preservatives found when checking in planting bases. Besides, through a large amount of investigation of use of pesticides in greenhouses and fields during vegetable production process, we found some phenomenas affecting quality and safety of vegetable, such as frequent pesticides use, aimless pesticide use, and so on. On the basis of test research for many years and investigation analysis, we concluded the key points of quality and safety of vegetable, which was management and control of production process, especially of the management and control of chemical pesticide. Measures to ensure the safety of vegetable production process should been taken, including: Government should pay more attention on supporting and promoting the use of biopesticide. Vegetable growers should reasonably use chemical pesticide during vegetable production. Agricultural measures should been carried out in vegetable production, such as intercropping, crop rotation, etc.
