山西省农民专业合作社规范化建设问题探析

Study on Standardization of Famer Professional Coopertive in Shanxi Province

农民专业合作社不是一个新生事物,但山西省农民专业合作社仍处于起步阶段。早期合作社基本是以生产为导向,现如今,随着农业技术的发展和国际贸易的日益频繁,农业向市场经济转型,合作社随之向市场导向战略转变。山西省政府在《山西省国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验2015年行动计划》中指出,要深入推进农民合作社规范化建设。在分析山西省农民专业合作社发展现状以及存在问题的基础上,从政府政策与合作社自身发展的角度提出,如何规范化建设农民专业合作社,进而增加当地区域经济竞争力的建议。

Farmer professional cooperative is not a new word nowadays, however, farmer professional cooperative of Shanxi province is still at its early stages of development. The primary cooperative is production-oriented, but now it is market-oriented because of the development of agricultural technology and international trade. The government of Shanxi province points that they will spare no effort in standardizing farmer professional cooperative in ＂The action plan of the transformation of Shanxi＇s resource-based economy＂. According to government policy and the development of cooperative itself, this thesis proposes how to standardize farmer professional cooperative based on the current situation of farmer professional cooperative of Shanxi province and its problems, therefore it will help to improve the competitive force of local economy.
