芝麻病毒病研究进展

Research Progress on Sesame Virus Disease

芝麻是世界上重要的优质油料作物之一,近些年病毒病频发且呈加重趋势,给芝麻安全生产带来了严重威胁。国内外对芝麻病毒病的研究主要集中在发生危害调查、病原鉴定、发生流行规律及防治方法等方面。芝麻病毒病的症状复杂,病原种类较多,国内主要有花生条纹病毒(PSt V)和芜菁花叶病毒(Tu MV),国外报道较多的为豇豆蚜传花叶病毒(CABMV),其他在芝麻上发现的病毒还有西瓜花叶病毒(WMV)、芝麻坏死花叶病毒(SNMV)等。通过分析影响芝麻病毒病流行的因素,根据目前防治方法的研究结果,总结了可行的防治策略。

Sesame is one of the important high-quality oil crops in the world. In recent years, sesame virus disease occurred fre- quently and tended to be worse, posing a serious threat to sesame production. At home and abroad study of sesame virus disease mainly focused on investigation of occurrence and harm, pathogen identification, occurrence regularity and control methods. Symptoms of sesame virus disease were complex, which were caused by various virus species, mainly including peanut stripe virus （PStV） and turnip mosaic virus （TuMV） in China, and cowpea aphid-borne mosaic virus （CABMV） in foreign countries, as well as watermelon mosaic virus （WMV） and sesame necrotic mosaic virus （SNMV）. By analyzing sesame virus epidemic factors, according to the current research re- sults on control methods, this paper summarized feasible control strategies.
