摘要
目的:开发一种新型白藜芦醇邻甲苯胺衍生物的合成工艺。方法以白藜芦醇为起始反应物,以较简单的方法,经4步反应合成得到目标产物。结果实验依次经过取代反应、水解反应、生成酰氯的反应以及生成酰胺的反应,最终得到收率为69.5%的白藜芦醇邻甲苯胺衍生物。结论本实验中的合成路线具有反应条件温和、产率高等优点。
Objective To develop the synthetic process of a new derivative of resveratrol and o-methylaniline. Methods Using resveratrol as a starting material, four chemical reactions were taken to synthesize the target product. Results The derivative of resveratrol and o-methylaniline was obtained through substitution reaction, hydrolysis reac-tion, acyl chloride-formation reatcion, and amide-formation reaction, with a total yield of 69.5%.Conclusion The reported synthesis route is easy to operate, and can have a high yield under a mild condition.
