血清炎症因子与帕金森病精神症状的相关性 被引量:3

Association of serum inflammatory factors and psychiatric symptoms in Parkinson's disease patients

摘要 目的通过调查帕金森病(PD)患者产生精神症状的影响因素及发生率,分析血清炎症因子和PD精神症状的相关性。方法以90例PD患者及40例健康者(对照组)为研究对象。收集研究对象的一般信息,利用帕金森精神病调查问卷(PPQ)将PD患者分为精神症状组和无精神症状组,分析PD精神症状的影响因素。采集PD患者和健康者的血液样本,利用ELISA法检测血液IL-1β和IL-6的水平。采用帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)第一部分、简易智力检查量表(MMSE)及Hoehn—Yahr分级对PD患者进行检查。结果PD患者中有30位患者出现PD精神症状,发生率为33.33%。与无精神症状组比较,精神症状组患者的年龄更高、病程更长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。精神症状组血清炎症因子IL-1β和IL-6水平明显高于无精神症状组和对照组(P〈0.05)。与无精神症状组相比,精神症状组的MMSE量表评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血液中炎症因子IL-1β和IL-6水平越高,帕金森患者出现精神症状的几率就越高。因此,控制患者血液中的IL-1β和IL-6水平,对防止PD患者出现精神症状具有十分重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the influence factors and incidence of psychiatric symptoms in Parkinson Disease (PD) patients, in order to analyze the association between serum inflammatory factors and psychiatric symptoms in PD patients. Methods A total of 90 PD patients and 40 healthy subjects ( a control group) were included in the current study. Their clinical data were collected. The PD patients were divided into two groups according to their responses to Parkinson psychosis questionnaire (PPQ) and potential influence factors involved were analyzed. Then, blood samples were collected from both PD patients and health subjects to determine their levels of IL - 1β and IL - 6 by ELISA. Also, the United Parkioson's disease rating scale (UP · DRS) -Part I (UPDRS I ), the Mini -Mental Examination Scale (MMSE) and Hoehn- Yabr staging examinations were conducted. Results Among the PD patients were 30 ones pres- enting psychiatric symptoms, with an incidence of 33.33%. The main influence factors involved were age and duration of the disease which were positively correlated ( P 〈 0.05 ). The psychiatric symptom group produced remarkably higher levels of serum inflammatory factors IL - 1β and IL - 6 than the non - psychiatric symptom group and the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with those with psychiatric symptoms, patients in the psychiatric symptom group produced markedly lower MMSE scores (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The higher the levels of inflammatory factors IL - β and IL - 6 in the blood, the higher possibilities that psychiatric symptoms are presented in Parkinson's disease patients. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the presence of psychiatric symptoms in PD patients through controlling the levels of IL - 1β and IL -6 in the blood.
