3D打印导板在腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定术中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价3D打印导板应用于腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定术的临床疗效。方法收集自2014年8月至2015年3月行腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定术的患者,实验组为3D打印导板辅助下行腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定术的患者,对照组为传统x线辅助下行腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定术患者。比较2组患者出血量、平均每枚螺钉置钉时间、平均透视次数,术后通过CT检查以Richter标准判断2组内固定术的置钉准确性,进行统计学分析。结果全部患者均获得随访,随访时间1个月。实验组与对照组平均每枚螺钉植入时间分别为(4.9±2.1)min、(6.5±2.2)min,出血量分别为(48.0±11.1)ml、(59.9±13.0)ml,实验组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组平均每枚螺钉置人透视次数(0.5±0.4)次,低于对照组的(1.2±0.7)次,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组置钉优良率100%,对照组置钉优良率98.4%,实验组与对照组相比置钉优良率的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。2组患者均未出现明显并发症。结论与传统治疗方法相比,术中应用3D打印导板可以缩短手术时间和减少手术出血量,并且相对传统透视组减少了透视次数,但置钉准确率无明显提高。
