短节段骨水泥强化螺钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的回顾性分析短节段骨水泥强化螺钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法观察22例采用短节段骨水泥强化螺钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗的骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者的临床疗效,并记录手术时间、出血量、术后并发症发生情况,分别在术前、术后1周和末次随访时摄固定节段正侧位x线片,比较责任椎前、后缘高度及后凸Cobb’s角评估手术效果。结果术后1周及末次随访时伤椎椎体的前、后缘高度及后凸Cobb’s角较术前均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后1周和末次随访时伤椎各观察指标的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。无内固定并发症。结论采用短节段骨水泥强化螺钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折临床疗效显著。
