摘要
为吸取国际能源化工企业安全文化建设的成功经验,为国内企业安全文化建设提供借鉴,以中国石化为例,与杜邦公司安全文化进行了对比分析。结果表明,中国石化形成了具有自身特色的安全文化,但仍需对安全理念体系进行广泛宣贯培训,促进安全理念文化落地生根;仍需对行为安全管理进行系统性建设,促进安全领导力、安全执行力提升;仍需开展安全文化专项评估,持续提升企业安全文化建设水平。
To learn from the successful experience of the international energy chemical enterprises in the safety culture construction and provide reference for the safety culture construction of domestic energy chemical enterprises, the safety culture of Sinopec is comparatively analyzed with that of DuPont. The results show that: Sinopec has its own characteristics of safety culture, But it still needs to be widely publicizing and cuhivating safety concept system to promote safety concept culture to take root, still needs to con- struct the systemic behavior safety management to promote the improvement of safety leadership and executive power, still needs to carry out the special assessment of safety culture to continuously improve the safety culture construction level of the enterprises.
