安徽信息技术外包现状与对策研究

Research on improving the information technology outsourcing in Anhui Province

近些年来,随着国内21个服务外包城市的确立,安徽省服务外包业以合肥为先导,取得巨大进步,特别是ITO产业,正成为一项新兴的知识与资本密集型产业。但发展的过程中难免遇到一些问题,诸如市场竞争激烈、缺乏适应性人才等阻碍,已经成为限制安徽ITO发展的瓶颈。本文以合肥为例,介绍安徽省ITO的现状并发现问题,从经济、政治、文化、生态等角度对安徽ITO行业进行分析,并提出切实可行的对策以供参考。

in recent years, with the establishment of 21 domestic service outsourcing cities, Anhui Province, with Hefei as pioneer, made great progress, especially in the ITO industry. The service outsourcing is becoming a new knowledge and capital intensive industry. However, some problems occurred during the developing process： the fierce market competition, and the lack of adaptability and other obstacles. Those problems became a bottleneck, which restricted the development of ITO industry in Anhui. In this paper, Hefei was took as an example, and the current situation of the ITO industry in Anhui province and the existing problems were introduced. Analysis of the ITO industry and suggestions were made based on the economic, political, cultural, ecological and other aspects.
