益阳市社区体育专业人才发展状况与对策

Reseach on development condition and countermeasure of sports professional of Yiyang community

益阳市社区体育专业人才缺乏,社区应该改革管理模式,重视社区体育专业人才,大力发展社区体育;高校对社会体育专业人才的定位和培养的模式有待改进,学校应该立足就业,结合实际对社会体育专业人才进行培养,力求社区的求和学校的供平衡,达到双方互利共赢的局面。

In order to investigate and research the development situation of the community sports professionals in Yiyang city, we adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, and mathematical statistics research methods. The results show that a lacking of city community sports professionals in Yiyang, and the community should reform the management mode, pay attention to the community sports professionals, vigorously develop the community sports, and improve the social sports professional orientation and training model in college, at the same time the schools should train the social sports professionals based on employment and combined with the practice, and strive to the balance between community needs and school output, and to achieve the win-win situation.
