MOOCS在中国高校掀起了一场教育教学改革的新热潮。然而,MOOCS时代高校就业指导课程现状却不容乐观,普遍存在意识淡薄、观念滞后、师资力量薄弱、课程内容陈旧、教学模式单一、实践指导缺乏等问题。MOOCS背景下高校就业指导课程教学改革应以网络教学平台为重点、翻转课堂为契机、微课建设为亮点、实践教学为难点,评价体系为保障,切实提升教学效果。
