摘要
通过对新余学院403名大三、大四的本专科毕业生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生个人成长主动性对学业成就和就业绩效的影响及学业成就在个人成长主动性与就业绩效中的中介效应。结果发现:大学生的个人成长主动性与学业成就和就业绩效显著正相关;学业成就与就业绩效显著正相关;学业成就在个人成长主动性与就业绩效的关系中起完全中介作用。研究揭示了大学生个人成长主动性与就业绩效关系的中介机制,对高校与家庭对学生个人成长主动性的培养和就业绩效的提升有一定的启示。
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 403 college students of Xinyu University, and by using the method of combi- ning quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, studied the effect of college students'personal growth initiative on academic achieve- ment and employment performance and the intermediary effect academic achievement on the personal growth initiative and employment performance. Results: College students'personal growth initiative had significant positive correlation with academic achievement and job performance; The academic achievement was positively related to the employment performance; The academic achievement had a media- ting effect on the relationship between personal growth initiative and employment performance. The research revealed the mediating mechanism of college students'personal growth initiative and job performance and had some enlightenment on the college and the family in the students'personal growth initiative training and employment performance.
