为落实和加强大学生创业活动,越来越多的高校开始创办大学生创业孵化体系,但这些体系多采取封闭式的运营模式,使得大学生创业项目近乎无限的孵化请求和孵化体系有限的孵化资源之间出现了难以调和的矛盾。从聚集、协调所有创业项目孵化所需的资源和能力的角度出发,构筑包括高校、相关企业、社会中介机构、地方高新园区在内的多层次、多主体的开放式创业孵化体系,并采用相应的网络化运营模式,将是大学生创业孵化体系有效满足创业项目孵化请求的必由之路。
