摘要
培养创新型人才是各国教育的重要任务,而当下教育模式对创新型人才的培养有较大的局限性。基于多学科的特点,工科大学生创新能力培养要综合国家、学校、教师和学生等要素,在协同学理论的指导下,构建工科大学生创新能力培养平台。
It's an important mission for every country to cultivate innovative talents. However the education modes badly restrict cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the multidisciplinary characteristics, cultivating engineering college students'innovative ability needs to include factors such as nation, school, teachers and students and other factors and to build engineering college students'innovation ability training platform under the guidance of theory of synergetics .
