该文设计了一种电解电容器漏电流的测量方法,利用是德科技34401A型数字繁用表可快速确定电解电容器漏电流,大量节省测量时间,有效提高测试工作效率。并通过相应的测量不确定度评价分析,证明该方法可以满足GB/T 2693-2001《电子设备用固定电容器第1部分总规范》的要求。
