扬中三桥主墩承台钢吊箱设计与施工技术

摘要 通过扬中三桥5个水中主墩承台的施工,总结了一套深水承台施工技术。文中简要叙述主墩承台钢吊箱从下放、安装至封底混凝土的整个施工工艺过程,并总结了水中钢吊箱施工的关键、优点和不足之处。深水高桩承台采用有底钢吊箱施工的方法,具有施工难度小、工期短、安全可靠、定位精确等优点,有较好的应用前景和经济效益。 In this paper, through the five main piers in water construction of the third bridge of Yang- zhong, a set of technology of platform construction in deep water is summed up. The whole construc- tion process is introduced, including the dropping and installation of the main pier steel hanging box, as well as the casting of bottom sealing concrete. The key and advantages and disadvantages of the water steel hanging box construction are summarized. Adopting bottomed steel hanging box construc- tion method in construction of high pile cap in deep water has a lot of advantages, for instance, little construction difficulty, short construction period, safe and reliable and accurate positioning. It has good application prospect and good economic.
