摘要
为了研究不同再生剂的再生效果,采用沥再生与TL2000两种再生剂进行对比分析;通过绘制"再生剂掺量-粘度"曲线,确定沥再生与TL2000掺量分别为10%和4%,此掺量再生剂能将沥青的针入度增大到6.34mm,软化点降低至71.3℃,延度(5℃)增大到42cm。耐久性研究表明,再生沥青粘度随时间呈对数形态增大;实体工程表明,雾封层虽会降低路表构造与抗滑性能,但仍能满足规范要求,且能够填充路面微裂缝,防止路面水下渗,避免发生水损害。
To study the regeneration effect of different regenerative agent, the two regeneration agents of RejuvalSealTM and TL2000 were used to conduct the comparison and analysis in the paper. The contents of 10% RejuvalSealTM and 4 % TL2000 were determined by drawing the "regeneration agent content-viscosity" curve. This asphalt recycling agent was capable to increase the penetration to 6.34mm, and reduce softening point to rability show that as the time iner form. The entity project with fog resistance were reduced, it still me fill the micro-cracks in the paveme 71.3 ℃, and increase ductility (5 ℃) to 42 cm. The studies on du eases, the viscosity of recycled asphalt increases with logarithmic seal layer shows that although the road surface structure and skid ets the regulatory requirements; and the fog seal layer is capable to nt and prevent the surface water infiltrating, avoid water damagediseases.
