摘要
为研究不同质量分数氯盐浸蚀作用对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响,采用70号沥青及AC-13型沥青混合料进行氯盐浸蚀作用的性能试验。试验研究表明,氯盐浸蚀作用会加速基质沥青的硬化、脆化及老化;降低沥青混合料的高温、低温及水稳定及整体结构性能;当浓度达到8%时,沥青延度及混合料弯曲应变不能满足规范要求;浓度达到16%时,沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度比不能满足要求。
For the study of different concentrations of chlorine salt erosion effects on the properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture, the paper adopted 70 # asphalt and AC-13 the asphalt mixture to conduct indoor tests, the results showed that the chlorine salt erosion effect will accelerate the hardening, em brittlement and aging of matrix asphalt, and reduce the high temperature performance, low tempera- ture performance and water stability and overall structural performance of asphalt mixture. When the chlorine salt concentration is up to 8%, the asphalt ductility and the mixture bending strain can not meet the requirement of the specifications, while the concentration comes to 16%, the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of the asphalt mixture can not meet the requirements.
